Not for the first time I have struggled to open a small tin of red salmon. I have tried in vain to find a ring pull can in this size. I first tried the ratchet opener which is the easiest for other cans. It usually takes off the rim and lid, but it wouldn't budge despite prising with a knife. Next I tried the 2 convential ones which would not turn. In the end I resorted to the pointy tool with which we used to pierce evaporated milk lids. Any advice for future attempts? The larger size comes with a ring pull but I only wanted one sandwich!
