Any ideas for easy-to-digest suppers?
Like my Mum , I have to be careful about what I eat in the evenings, or I get indigestion which keeps me awake. In her 80s she only ate rice cakes in the evening, then some chocolate in milk. The rest of the day I can eat anything.
Does anyone else have this problem, and if so what do you eat? I'm always hungry, so must eat something!
