I'm cooking four pig's trotters at the moment - experimenting with recipes. I wonder if any of our older grans have any recipes they might like to share as I have another sixteen trotters on their way over the next few weeks.
I cooked a pig's head when we were on holiday last week (I mistook it for a frozen pork joint and took it with me to do a 'roast' - you should have seen my mother in law's face when I decided to cook it anyway
