I have always had mixed feelings about eating meat, and have decided to give up beef again ( did it for about 6 years once) as I drive past some beautiful bullocks in the farm yard on my way to work and cant help thinking of what is ahead of them.
The problem is so many vegetarian cook books replace meat with cheese and eggs, and i dont want to eat gloopy cheesey vegetables all the time. I do quite a lot with lentils, and love Indian food, but dont want to eat it every night. I also plan on eating fish. Any suggestions or recommendations?
