nanaej it good to see you, we all follow different plans, some of us are doing Slimming World, Weight Watchers, calorie counting, 5:2 and a few use My fitness plan you just do what suits you. I put a new thread up ready for a Monday morning and it runs until the following Sunday as we all have different weigh days, you dont need to reveal you weight only your loss or gain. Use the thread to post anything, you can have a moan or a shout of joy if you have done well, post recipes or anything which you think will be useful. But the best thing is the support we give each other.
