Are M&S online shoppers aware that the delivery pass has been withdrawn, I have just ordered some goods and was surprised to see I was charged for delivery.
I have had a delivery pass ,first costing £20 yearly but recently £25 for many years.
I certainly haven’t been notified about this change but have noticed that free delivery is now on orders over £75.
