I read today that a railway company has been fined over the death of a traveler who stuck her head out of a window when the train was travelling at about 70 mph. Horrid though the accident was, it begs the question "Why would anyone stick their head out of a window of a fast moving vehicle"!!
No matter the design of the window, surely the culpability lies with the person who chose to do such a risky thing?
