My mum is 76 and pretty restricted by oa in her hips, backs and knees. She had a partial knee replacement 5 years ago, and struggled to come back from this, feeling low and in pain for many weeks afterwards.
She lives alone so I'm going to have to be her main carer. Just wandering how long I should be prepared to care for her (bit worried about her resilience and coping with caring for her and managing my full time job and neurodiverse teenage daughter. My husband will help with our daughter luckily).
