When fancy something sweet....

I feel like that, but have nothing in the house to satisfy the feeling. I don't buy treats and try to stay away from sugar if I i can. But for some reason I could murder a bar of chocolate or an ice cream!! 🤣. Ate an apple but didn't work.

Sometimes only something sweet will do but I agree it's a good idea not to keep sweet stuff in the house - particularly if, like me, you have little willpower. I bought some organic dried apricots last week which are sweet and nice to nibble.

I know exactly what you mean Travelsafar. It usually hits me at about 4pm. I try to confine myself to Greek yogurt with fruit and sweetener or sugar free jelly. I’m planning to make a batch of SW baked oats, slice it when cold and see if a small amount will do the trick. I have a lot of Christmas baking calling to me from the freezer!
