Footwarmers ..any type..

Hi GNs , have been looking at the ads for these...saw a few comments from Mumsnet but none from GNs..any thoughts and recommendations for this type of product gratefully appreciated...i have the coldest feet and it does make life a bit miserable but have cosy socks and slippers and want to upgrade..grin

I don't know about footwarmers but it's my skinny ankles that get cold first - before the feet. I have to wear slipper boots (well, cosy, outdoor short boots with insoles, really) indoors. I have three pairs that I use for 'slippers' so that they can air out well between wearings. I really don't like the feel of thick socks. I've knitted small ankle warmers to tuck into them too - to stop any draughts.
