Holiday Insurance in case of cancellation GB

I have never heard of travel insurance covering bad weather.

Cancellation due to illness, especially Covid would be useful but it might be cheaper to “self insure” in other words take the hit if the worst happens depending on the premiums quoted.
If you are in excellent health and under 70 years of age quotes should be reasonable but if not be prepared to be shocked at the cost.
