Hello all, hope you are safe and well.
What is about trying times that brings on the urge to make soup? (Well, in me at least)
And why do I feel like a domestic goddess reasonably good wife just because I'm standing in front of the cooker waving a wooden spoon through a pan full of stock and vegetables?
Plus, why am I keeping every little scrap of veg, for example the bits of tenderstem broccoli that would usually go into the caddy, now get almost "hoarded" to be bunged carefully added to the aforementioned soup?
So, what exactly is about soup?
(Or is it just me........?)
So Harry and family are coming back!
Rupert Lowe and the “rowers” haha
