Slimming

Because I can’t attend my slimming group my head seems to think it doesn’t matter if I eat cake and sweets now! Why can’t I stop? I don’t want to undo all the good I’d done! My other OH keeps calling me fatty but I still do it!! Gggrrr

You need support not criticism. I am just trying to eat healthily and hope for the best. No cakes in the house is a good rule. Let him keep a stash hidden if he must have it.
