I suspect whisky would help you do that.

If you are angry write it all down, by but don’t send it, I find this really works.

Don’t go onto the Internet when you are drunk.

Know when to stop.

Before you react think about what you want the overall outcome to be.

Accept what you cannot change.

You’re not a tree.

Make your anger so expensive no one can afford it.

Whisky is Scotch.

Whiskey is some funny drink made in Ireland.

Advice from a doctor to DH - if you've got a cold coming or suspect it might be flu, go to bed with a whisky and a good woman - it won't cure you, but it'll make you feel better!
