Just looking at my young postwoman.She must have walked miles this morning and still has a cheery word for everyone.I wonder could I regain my figure if I walked as much!

Oh yes its great for that.....we have a very bouncy Postlady in shorts too....and she's probably nearer to 40! The only problem is that walking lots hard surfaces can be a bit detrimental to hips and knees......well that's what I tell myself!
