If you have both UK and US nationality it's two short breaths in and two short breaths out, on repeat, naturally.

Kate manages to breath without that sort of drawing attention to her chest.

When Kate in in the public arena and likely to be papped, she cleverly deflates her chest so that her breathing is barely noticeable. At home or on private property, she can flaunt the whole 32A shebang.
