The sun is shining in the north of Norfolk at the moment, but there are a few clouds around and the forecast says it may get quite overcast. Temperature only 21-24 and it’s been quite getting quite breezy as the day gets up. So head towards the east coast if you’re overheating!

We’re meeting friends for a chug up the river to a pub for lunch today. It’ll give DH a break from decorating and stop him overdoing it (I fear he already has).

It's fresher and cooler here on the south coast this morning so will be less energy-sapping. I have Dr's appt. at 7.50am this morning which I booked on-line on Monday. It was the only one available this week so I snapped it up.

Hope the day is a good one for all.

We will have to travel across town in the rush hour.
DH' s friend has died and he has taken it very badly.

The sun is up but the air still has a chill to it here in N. Bucks. Meeting some other Gransnetters for coffee this morning. Then lunch with DD2 and a little bit of shopping.

Morning Mick, Morning All. Looks like we’ve had some rain overnight in our corner of Somerset. Red sky in the morning too. Forecast is for cloud and maybe some rain. For once I don’t mind. Physio then a coffee out and that’s about it today. We’re both weary and in a ‘can’t be bothered’ place. Hope Wednesday is kind to everyone.

Light cloud here in Kent but thank goodness the wind has died down from yesterday. It's hard pushing a Tesco trolly and holding on to your skirt !
DS's meeting went better than expected thanks to a lovely lady at J C. Today is his first day at the day centre, so fingers crossed that goes well too.

We are going out to lunch today, which was supposed to be followed by a walk, but I had a lot of trouble with my hip yesterday (don’t know where that has come from) so we will have to see how it goes! Morning all from a much cooler north Leicestershire. I think I've got DH's bug and have cancelled the school run this afternoon. I will, of course, be a much better patient.

Good morning, 14 degrees and cloudy at present so quite comfortable. Yesterday the thermometer reached 18 near the NE coast.
Stay at home day as financial advisor is visiting.

Good morning from sunny Colchester. As nfk says the East coast is the place for cooler weather at present. It was so breezy yesterday I had to take the parasol down.
There is rain in the forecast but I won't hold my breath.

Good Morning to all G.N`s........ from what started off as a rather grey early morning here in west Wales but it has soon returned to this wall to wall sunshine.

So very sorry Kitty to hear you too have succumbed to this bug I think.

Also sorry about what you face this day Marydoll....hope your DH will find peace within after this emotional farewell.

No luck from our viewers as yet....wish we could block our coastal road to halt the darn traffic!!!
Anyway viewing ourselves.......a Grade 2 listed old Victorian Pharmacy in a delightful market town renowned for its quality shops and fine eateries............at least no harm in drooling and getting my design hat on!!!

Morning all, lovely and sunny here today also. Not much on today, so I thought I might go and look at the 'germolene pink' dress in M&S, to see how horrendous it is in the flesh. Slightly cooler in SE Essex today.

4 weeks today since my fractures and I am feeling sorry for myself. Husband has escaped to find a new thingy bob for my larder cupboard which has broken (no one owning up to that yet!!) My car has been in the garage for 10 days, given up asking Husband to sort it (do not want to be accused of nagging).

Looking forward to an afternoon tea tomorrow, beside the sea, a fund raiser for local hospice. Bubbles to drink and lovely girlfriends to lift my mood. ??
