username change error help

Any ideas as to what I may be doing incorrectly. I emailed the GN contact email and received a reply as to how to change username (too similar to Wot's). I have tried numerous times, different ways and I keep getting the same error message about Apaches. I've emailed GN again, but anyone else done this successfully?.

If Apaches are the problem perhaps you need The Lone Ranger and Tonto! ?

You could try reporting your opening post on this thread. You may have better luck with that.
