I've always insisted a nice thick tea towel is put over the lens for all my publicity shots.

Steamed up bathroom mirror is also good especially if glasses lost somewhere!

And so much cheaper than going for a sauna jane10 !

Just had a shower. I'm looking gorgeous in the mirror. The cat's run away though. Can't think why!

I need an App on a small hand held device that I can run over my face and body, I will set it to Size 12 for the body and Age 47 for my face. I will then select, from a number of photos, what hair length colour I want and run it over my head.
Sigh.......?

I find squinting works for me and not approaching shop windows full on!

I find not looking into mirrors unless absolutely necessary
Works for me.

I always stand at an angle in a photo, especially useful for group shots when standing next to some super skinny person!! But now I’ve heard all these other strategies.........

I was working recently on a promotion of the new Boots range of skincare for mature skin. A customer chatting to me about the ridiculous cost of some of the high end brands asked me if there was anything that truly reduced the appearance of wrinkles. I said "distance" and she laughed so much she wet herself.
I've been using the product I was promoting for two weeks now. Don't know whether I look different but my skin does feel tighter and softer. Maybe there is hope?

Never look in a mirror during daylight. I find that waiting until evening with soft lighting, no glasses takes 20 years off me. ?

Electric light has a lot to answer for in my opinion. There is no hiding place; candle light at least blurred the edges a bit. I share with you though my mother's advice : always sit with your back to the windows!

I love it... though apparently, certain members of the family think it makes me look like a porn star !
