Does any GNer know East Park in Hull?

I've been there, a couple of times, years ago. But more familiar with West Hull. I left in 1990
Why do you ask?
There are a few GN members who know Hull better than me.

I do, to the extent that a close friend lived in a road adjoining East Park from 2000 to her death in 2008 and we were regular visitors, but I suspect that isn't much help to you either.

Spent my childhood years playing in East Park.Some great memories of the splash boat (probably 1940's-1950's) Have been suggesting to DD that she takes GS's on their next visit to Hull as I believe that it is still working.

Many happy memories of playing in East Park during 1940's/1950's.Particularly remember the Splash Boat which I understand is still working after renovation.
