No not about eating carrots - but DH came back from a trip to Lidl (but it could have been Aldi as he mixes them up!) and he had bought himself a pair of reading glasses with LED lights - one either side on the front of the frame. He is always complaining of bad lighting and when we are out and these seem to get over the problem. He put them on when reading a menu the other evening and one of my friends we were with tried them on and found them great - said she will go and buy some for when she wants to read in the middle of the night and not wake her DH by putting the light on.
They cost about £4.
Today the High Court has agreed that children can be given puberty blockers.
