Its cold but dry, for now at least, in North Leicestershire but the forecast is for sleety showers.

Normal Sainsbury's trip for me this morning and then I'm going out for lunch with a couple of old friends. The pub we go to serves the most delicious Arbroath smokies - yummy.

Check up at dentist his morning. Off to Lewis this evening to meet a couple of friends for a chat and meal.

Would do it a bit in garden but too cold I think I'll see how Day works out.

As we came home late last night the car said it was 1C - and it was snowing! Not a lot, but definitely fine snow. It's dry and overcast here this morning - and cold!

Early hospital appointment this morning and then round to a friends for coffee.

A bit of housework this morning then H has a hospital appointment this after noon.

Good morning, Michael and all GNs. Dry and very cold in South Yorkshire this morning and not a good forecast for this afternoon when we are going over to Cannon Hall near Barnsley for the South Yorkshire Schools cross country. GS and some of his year are running. So several layers today in an effort to keep warm! The things we do for love! Have a happy day, folks!

Still in bed here in Cumbria! Trying to muster the energy to make us both a cuppa! Due to go walking at 9.30 am with walking group. About six miles. Not too far. Then Sainsburys delivery late afternoon and playing bridge tonight. Nice day today!

I have to get up early on Thursdays because my cleaner comes so I have to do a bit before she gets here! Actually lots and lots- not a bit. Then work then tennis, it's not raining or snowing here in north Norfolk so looks like we can play.

Good morning from a cold, grey Colchester. Housework and a few bits in town today. I expect Colchester will be busy as Primark is opening this morning and the main road out of town is blocked due to a nasty accident yesterday.

Good morning, we have a sprinkling of snow which started before I went to bed last night. The temperature is 0 so I am staying indoors today.

Evening at home, for once, in anticipation of the final episode of "Unforgotten".

Good morning to you all, overcast here on the south east coast, but we are going out to lunch with friends, it is his birthday, so we have a nice afternoon to look forward to. Hope it warms up a bit. I have yet to catch up with last weeks episode of Unforgotten, Rinouchka, must try to do that soon, this weeks is being recorded (I hope!). It has been gripping. Enjoy your days.

It was trying to snow very early this morning. I had to go to work, as my replacement was sacked yesterday! Car said 1°c on Tuesday home. It's dry but overcast. Son coming for lunch today, I've got ingredients for a hotpot. DH has been instructed to go to Aldi for wool. Let's hope there's some left when he gets there.

Morning everyone. Bloomin' cold here again in N London. Haven't seen the sun for a couple of days now and it's just grey cloud all the way ahead too. Even forecasting some snow in the metropolis for Saturday! Keep warm GNers and, if you have to go out, wrap up well.
