It's still dark but quite warm in North Leicestershire so I imagine Barbara hasn't got here yet.

I'm absolutely shattered after our trip to York yesterday and DH has succumbed to the blessed virus. I have to go to m and s to collect my Christmas order and buy the fresh stuff.

I have been awake since silly o'clock as I have to get DH to MKH for 8.30 for another blood transfusion. Any other time of day it would take max 20 minutes, but 8.30? Probably three quarters of an hour.
While I am out I ought to take the opportunity to pop into a shop or two as despite shopping for Britain over the last week's I actually need a couple of things. But the parking will be carnage

Will visit my sister this afternoon and take her birthday present, her card never did arrive in the post and I am annoyed because it was personalised and it took me ages to do.

Good morning, Michael and all GNs. A clear calm day today. I'm hoping to get some washing out this morning. We are going over to have a cup of tea with my eldest niece this afternoon. I haven't seen her since the summer so I'm looking forward to it. Hope the day is kind to you.

Good morning from a misty cold Colchester. Forecast to be cold and sunny today, just how I like it.
Big supermarket shop today to fill the kitchen with stuff that we can't touch until Sunday. What shall we have tonight?

Good morning all! Overslept but woken by Prince Charles' on Thought for The Day. DH was already having his breakfast. Looks like a lovely , crisp day in London and some pale sunshine trying to shyly kiss our glistening south facing bushes.

Good morning from surprisingly sunny Wiltshire, there was thick ice on the car at 7.00.
I seem to have gained a stinking cold over the past couple of days so have sent DH out to stock up on lemons and honey ?
