I am so proud of my self. This morning I have managed to open the access to the loft with the help of a pair of plies. I have located what i was looking for .
-3 outdoor Christmas trees. Then I managed to shut the hatch again. Lots of brute force needed since we had it all insulated.
Now I've got to get them to Blackpool to my mother but I have a cunning plan!
I've also mended my diamonte soap dispenser with nail glue- the diamonds were falling out.

The sun was shining when I woke up but it has just started to snow here - or at least, it is "practice" snow at the moment so a day inside baking and cake decorating for me today. Mums today. Get her shopping and making her some soup - carrot and coriander which she likes.

Just returned from a mooch around the shops with a friend. We really are not good for each other's purse.........
Had lovely coffee and a good natter.
Now home to heap of ironing and seeking inspiration for meals today.
