Not playing Monopoly and it's £100. What shall I do with it?
This is a lot for me so I want to buy myself something I couldn't have otherwise. What would you spend it on?

I would buy something that Is completely frivolous, that I wouldn't normally be able to afford for myself. Or it would go towards something that I'd been saving up for. In my case, that would be a new tablet or small laptop or net book.

Sorry I'm totally confused.
Title says £10 and indicates it's to buy beauty products but post says £100.

Whatever you like, indulge yourself

Winter boots/ handbag/ lingerie/ perfume/ posh cosmetics - well that's about £500 worth!

Nina- haven't you ever played Monopoly? There's a card which says "You have won £10 in a beauty competition". I won £100 in a poetry competition.

Congrats on your win watermeadow

If it were me, I'd probably buy a new winter coat.

Cash or voucher? Cash whatever you want. Voucher posh versions of whatever you usually buy, I recently won some Aromatherapy Associates body wash, it's fab but I wouldn't be able to afford it otherwise.

Strange isn't it. I won some vouchers last Christmas and every time I went out to use them I couldn't find anything I liked. If you have no money there are always things you want grin. There was a lovely tweed handbag in EWM last year but now can't find one I like. Bought OH some jeans in the end. I would have spent them in the garden centre if they had accepted them.

Congratulations watermeadow, lovely surprise. If it was me, there's a pair of boots I have my eye on in M&S. That would leave just under half. The rest would go on a Kipling purse. Enjoy your shopping!

Have no idea where the above post came from. Not me!!!! Would need a lot more than £10 though, or even £100.
