Morning all. Dull and misty in Bedford. Hope the sun will burn it off.

Good morning, Michael and all GNs. We have had rain overnight and more is forecast here in South Yorkshire. We have food shopping to do this morning, and cleaning. If we have time, we may go over and see DD. Have a good day, folks.

Good morning to you all, after rain overnight the air is fresh and clean, and not only that we left the car out of the garage and the rain has cleaned off all the seagull droppings!
Not sure I would like to go on the 1360 Whitewave, I would have a terrible fear of it plunging to the ground, quite apart from the fact that I do not like heights. Enjoy your days.

Morning everyone.
Dull and overcast in Worcestershire today but still dry and warm. Will be taking our step grandson to RAF Cosford museum today. We have one very excited 9 year old up and ready. Must get a move on!
Have a good day everyone.

Good morning from a hazy skied Colchester. No rain forecast today but much cooler.
Shopping today as heavy rain forecast for tomorrow.
I'd love to go on the i360 but nobody else here is impressed.

Good morning all.

It is quite dull in North Leicestershire but the forecast is for a warm sunny day. Tomorrow will, I think, be different.

We still have DD2 and 2Dgd to here but they are going to see DD3 and her children today so peace will reign for a while at least. My cleaner comes today so we will be clean too - for a while.grin

I don't fancy the i360 either but I thought I would hate the London Eye and I actually loved it.

Hope all poorly grans feel a bit better today!

Morning all.
High thin cloud in N Kent but the sun is breaking through. It's very warm already.
Shopping for H sisters 60th birthday present, wish me luck !

Morning everyone. Misty here in Perthshire. So hot yesterday we didn't really go out because of the dogs, but views are gorgeous so quite happy! Off round Loch Rannoch and up to Rannoch Station today.
Enjoy your day at Cosford fiorentina, our DGC loved it there and, apart from the car parking it's free!

Good morning all.
The sun is trying now after a dull start. My cleaners are here already and cleaning round me. I can't wait to get upstairs and sleep in my big bed, apart from that everything is going ok.

Good morning Mick and everyone.
Thanks for good wishes about DD, I send mine to all poorly GN friends too.
Sunny in West Lancs today, going to see Mum this morning, hair cut this aft.
Have a good day everyone.

Morning all from Herefordshire - overcast but dry, which is good as the builders are here making us a patio and they will not be melting as they have been the last 3 days. Why do they have to have a tranny with loud music?! - seems to be a builders' thing.

15 month old GS due to be with us all day - I am sure he will enjoy watching the builders.

Greyduster Thu 18-Aug-16 11:05:15

They all get one when they qualify from builders' school! And a proficiency certificate in Tuneless Whistling! ?
