I am certain that I remember going to a wee shop near our house around 1958 and buying " Bar- B- Q" crisps from a green square tin. I can find no mention on the inter web of flavoured crisps till the early/ mid sixties.
I also am sure I received a Cashline Card from the Royal Bank of Scotland around 1971. You put it into the machine and got £10. The machine kept the card, which was posted back to you.
Does anyone else have any memories which may/ may not be true ?
