Didn't used to like birds, often had to rescue ones the cats had brought in and was not keen on all the fluttering so close. Where we live now is quite open, we used to be surrounded by Scots pines which attracted squirrels but not many birds apart from pigeons. We get to see loads more birds now and I really enjoy watching them. There was a red kite swooping around this morning, see the odd heron which look quite prehistoric with their long skinny legs and huge feet. Love listening to the geese chatting away to each other when they fly over in formation. Never realised birds could be so interesting. I am going to dig out the binoculars and get a bird book. Have any of you found something of interest in later years which would not have occurred to you a few years ago?
Moths I had never seen before have appeared in my garden
Alphalock - like wordle but harder!
How many pair of twins have you met?
Odd - weird and wonderful - almost unbelievable - or is it just me?
