He likes the smell of your detergent? Is there such a thing as a 'detercat'?

My Saffron doesn't even wait until I have finished changing the sheets, parking herself in the middle of the bed, often straight from the garden, or even worse, from the litter tray! She likes me to cover her with the top sheet (don't use a duvet as I am a hot body) and stays there for a sleep. I am sure she likes the fresh smell of the clean linen.
And why are muddy animal footprints so difficult to remove? I have some marks which have persisted for years despite boiling and using bleach and/or Vanish.

For some reason every cat I've ever had is magnetically attracted to the whole sheet changing activity. Its pretty hard trying to fit a duvet cover while a cat like a curling stone sits determinedly in amongst it all. Cats eh!

Boot it out!

We cat lovers don't boot it out though! The other evening I sat in a deck chair because Bugsie was stretched out asleep in the middle of the sofa and my back ached from using a dining chair.

It's a cat !! Ours isn't allowed upstairs. The door to the hall/stairs is permanently closed. As for sitting in a deck chair.............
