Good Morning Wednesday

Good morning all. Weather is looking quite promising today so we are off for a walk in the Peak District and lunch at our favourite pub, The Grouse at Froggatt (DH has announced that he wants chips, and I don't let him have chips unless we are somewhere he can walk them off!!).

Wet and calm in East Sussex.

We go on holiday today. Only as far as Heathrow today as we are supposed to fly early am to TOKYO but the flight already has a three hour delay on it. I think I am going to loose the plot sitting around Heathrow all morning. Of course we still have to check in on the original time.
Three days in Tokyo and then we join a cruise back to the UK.

I will be in touch when I can so don't do anything I wouldn't do.

Grey with a little blue peeping through in North Leicestershire which is an improvement on the wet weather we had in Wales!

Lots of phone calls and desk work to do this morning and then I have to pick up DGD1 and DGS1 from school and then get DGD ready for a party. She is 6 and has very decided views on her clothes - could be fun!

Grey and wet here in Sussex too... on the agenda today, popping in to see mother, see if she needs to go shopping in Sainsburys (to get the things she cannot get when I take her every week to Aldi) (she is in her early 80s) - must remember not to 'switch off' when she tells me something for the third time, come back, walk the dog and then hopefully, get a mo to get to the gym - they keep sending me texts and e-mails saying they miss me - they are very needy!

Exercise class then dgd is coming again, her chicken pox spots are drying up so she may be back at nursery tomorrow

Good morning all, a bit dismal this morning, thought it was supposed to be a fine day! Off to knit and natter - seems like only yesterday I was there, but it was of course last week. Can't think what to have for lunch I have gone off food! Enjoy your days.

Scrips to pick up and a bit of shopping today yet more excitement' Brenda is having enough for us all though. Have a wonderful time.

It is a much calmer morning. Very little breeze and really quite bright in Northumberland. I may go to visit Dad later, if DH doesn't want the car.

More craft stuff today for wedding and crochet samples to make for craft club
Meeting with DD and soon to be SILs at their wedding venue this afternoon.
Bake off and Peoples Strictly this evening.

Rain most of the night and was still raining when I got up. I think it's now trying to brighten up.
A rest from childcare today............mmmm, what to do ?

Grey and cloudy here in mid Essex. Doesn't look very promising, still it is not too cold. Daffodils are coming on in the garden which reminds me that Spring is not far away.
