Good Morning Sunday

Morning michael and everyone. Yep looks the same here cold and a bit frosty. But nothing out of the ordinary for late December. Back to work tommorow. Sod's law I'll wake up late rather than my usual pinging awake at 4 in the holidays. Make the most of today everyone.

Just back from a manic, fun packed 5 nights with our two young GSs.

It is so nice however to be back in our our bed with a cuppa and my book. There is absolutely no place like home.

Cold frosty but dry in north essex this morning. Off to lunch to day with family and friends 22 all wearing wigs to celebrate my 80th birthday which is tomorrow i am so looking forward to seeing them all and i think it will be arealy funny day with plenty of laughs

Just getting light in Aylesbury and it looks like there may have been a frost last night.

Other GPs came over yesterday so the DGDs were even later to bed than they've been the rest of Christmas. Just me and a seven month old spaniel puppy. Even their other dog has gone back to bed. We're off home today, and will miss this wonderful chaos and the kids like mad - but like NanKate I'm looking forward to my own bed - my back is especially!

A really hard frost here in North Leicestershire but we are babysitting two Dgc while everyone goes to the football so I have to get up!

I might go to the hospital to see Mum later on.

Very windy here in N Kent. No frost though and it is dry, for now anyway.
Going to mooch the sales today as I've not been out since Christmas Eve. Family went home after lunch yesterday.

Hard frost here in mid Essex but I haven't put my nose ouside yet. Not much planned for today but had a visit yesterday from grandaughter and great grandson which was lovely.

Cold and frosty in N.Staffs. The road outside looks lethal so won't be driving anywhere soon! DH off to football this afternoon, I might switch the television off!! Enjoy your day everyone.

It is a beautiful day here in North Devon, and I am preparing for a full family extra Christmas, as all three DC and their families arrive - we'll be 14 altogether! I am SO happy

Good morning and happy birthday nannotgran. Overslept drastically this morning, and it is a beautiful bright morning although frosty and quite cold. Managed to get some washing dry yesterday, so hope to do the same again today. We are trying a frozen Lamb Hock for lunch today, first time we have tried this, so hope it is successful, I just got a bit fed up with cooking! Enjoy your days.

A lovely winter day here in East Sussex. We are having turkey today for lunch. Minced with mashed vegetables and potatoes as still can't chew very well.

Bright day today and family I setting off to climb the "Sugar Loaf" in the nearby Black Mountains. Two of the children are going to stay with us for a couple of hours instead and we are bracing ourselves as I am quite under the weather at the moment, and OH is not strong - I usually do all the child care. But one of them is a very quiet and sensible 9 year old girl and I am hoping she will be able to deal with the 3 year old maniac boy - if he poos in his pants (a regular occurrence) my OH will vanish over the horizon, and I am not strong enough to deal with it - so we will have to hope that that event has already happened before he gets here. But the sun is shining!

Morning all, it's bright and sunny and melting the frost here in Wilmslow. I will have to go out to get my special milk later, so I hope it warms up a bit.
A quiet day for me, but I'm already tempted to take the decs down
