Bright here too, a gentle breeze and very autumnal. DD1 is taking the girls to see the boy puppies this morning, so they can make a second choice. Seems there was no reason for the death of 'their' pup. A doggy cot death.

Have a super time at the beer festival Mick. Frustrating places, beer festivals, so much to choose from, so limited a capacity!

Morning all! Bright and sunny here but a definite nip in the air. Just off to Tesco for a few last minute things before we cross the channel on Monday for a few days away.

Yrs I thought autumn yesterday while driving to Oxford. Elderberries and other berries in the hedgerows. White bindweed flowers visible too. Got some of the mellow fruitfulness, but not yet the mists in the morning!

Nuffield doctors said they do not propose to operate on my spine, or not yet.....I say if they did, I would say no - I don't feel bad enough.
It's my feet that are bothering my, but have podiatry appt - in October.

Good morning all, bright here on the south coast as well, but as you all say it is very autumnal, too early! We are really living it up today, lunch at Sainsbury's with friends - that will probably last a couple of hours, as the restaurant is really spacious and bright. Enjoy your days.
