Renewing driving license photo

shy I think the paper license lasts till you are 70 but if you have a photo license it has to renewed every 10 years. Not sure about the medical sorry.

No, no medical, but in any case they will contact you when the time comes for renewal - at 70. I'm up for my second renewal in November. Getting soooo old!

My photo has expired but I find I am given until I have to renew again in September, when I will be 73 before I have to provide a new photo.
I had no idea that the photocard expires in ten years.
I will swap my UK licence for a French licence which has no age limit.

My present one doesn't have a photo on it.

I've recently updated my photo licence.

If you have a UK Passport that is less than five years old you can renew online without sending a photo; they use your passport picture.

Only trouble is my passport pic is truly atrocious and I now have the same thing on my driving licence

I always make sure I have my photo done for official purposes after I have been to the hairdresser and have fresh lipstick on! Call me vain, but I need all the help I can get.

I tried that for my previous passport anno - went straight from the hairdresser to have the pictures taken.

The stylist must have been a bit mean with the mousse, as my bouncy, layered, newsreader-style bob turned into a flattened pudding-basin look in the photo!

Still on the old-style paper one - another good reason not to move house!! It is looking a bit dog-eared and of course the speeding points from 7 years ago are still in evidence although expunged!
