Where have the weeks gone? We're less than 2 weeks away from our meet up on 15th October in Guildford and urgently need to confirm numbers and get booked.
Nanaj is about to go on holiday and tomorrow is her last available day for getting the booking sorted out so can we confirm on here please by tomorrow?
The choices of venue were more or less narrowed down to either House of Fraser or Cotes Restaurant....the links should be up again soon so please confirm your choice. I am happy with either. Meet up at 12.30 to eat at 1pm....does that sound about right.
gagagran is unfortunately not able to attend now so that leaves baNana, Nanaj & myself as definites, with Gally & Yoga as maybes. Plus anyone else who may want to join us. Everyone will be very welcome, but we'll need to get a wiggle on with the booking!

12.30 for meeting up sounds just about right, but where? I've never been to Guildford so happy to go with the flow.

No, it didn't! It was supposed to be a map showing directions from Guildford Railway Station to the Cote Restaurant. It's just over half a mile apparently. The relevant postcodes are Station GU1 4UT....Cote GU1 3UQ and if you feed those into the AA Routefinder you can see how close the restaurant is to the station.
Nanaj is off on her holidays today and has confirmed that the Cote would be our best bet for a Monday lunchtime meeting, she said she'd be there at 12 noon on Monday 19th.
Could anyone driving there park at the station for a few hours? Then we could meet up with those coming by train and all walk to the restaurant or taxi if it's pouring with rain to meet up with Nanaj by 12.
So station meet up first between 11.30/11.45 ish, then on to the Cote for noon? May need adjusting depending on train times etc, but does it look like the start of a plan?
We haven't booked for lunch yet, so there's still room for other South East joiners, the more the merrier!
How will we recognise each other?

I think it's Monday15 th, .Notso Iwill look at trains and see if I can get there for then, I 'm sure I can.
