In the last two weeks I have received refunds from two well known online companies that were both more than I paid in the first place!
In both cases the goods I had ordered were never delivered. I have no idea why one company overpaid me, but I believe the other refunded me the full price of the item rather than the sale price. The difference in the latter was a considerable sum.
Should I let them know their mistakes or should I just sit on the money as compensation for my inconvenience and wait for them to ask for it back?
