Flavoured butters

Has anyone any lovely, but uncomplicated, recipes for butters - primarily for steak.

I use shallot, garlic, lemon and parsley whizzed up and mixed with the butter. Plus salt and pepper of course.

If you go to YouTube, Scrumdiddlyumptious has a video of how to make some lovely flavoured butters. They have the recipes in the description box for the video.
