My daughter has worked for the same firm(a family firm) for the last 8 years. She started her family(2 children)late, and is now almost 50.
She will have to work longer before she can retire, and will get a small private pension besides her old age one when she does retire.
Do small firms now have to start works pensions for their employees this year? Ime sure I heard this somewhere. The thing is, my daughter has been a single parent for a number of years, and has a mortgage, so when she eventually retires, will she have adequate funds.Any information will be helpful.
