Ingredients

100g unsalted butter
200g milk chocolate
3 tbsp golden syrup
225g finely crushed digestive biscuits
225g Maltesers

Handy Hint

For special occasions drizzle with melted white chocolate.

Method

1. Melt butter, chocolate and syrup in large saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently.
2. Add digestives, then Maltesers.
3. Mix together quickly and pour into lined Swiss roll tin. Spread evenly and chill until set.
Cut into squares.

Use gluten free digestive biscuits if needed. Very easy. Will disappear very quickly.
