225g (8oz) self-raising flour
225g (8oz) cooking apples
115g (4oz) margarine
115g (4oz) sugar
2 eggs
85g (3oz) sultanas
Salt

Method

1. Breadcrumb marg and flour, add all other ingredients
2. Bake for 1 and half hours at 180C.
