help finding old copies of Radio Times

I am after BBC radio Times from 1970's to approx 2005 for the West region.
Its for a project,a loan would suffice with a personal pick up and drop back to your home.

Does it have to be the paper versions?

If not then the Genome Project might help with information on listings but might not have the regional coverage you are after.

What about a public library in a city? We have seen bound copies of the Radio Times from at least the 1970s onward both in Liverpool Public Library and the Mitchell Library in Glasgow.
