I think the fact that an old woman causes so much discussion is great. Like her or
not, at least she’s not invisible (far from it.) I wouldn’t fart on national TV though!

I know what you mean. She could say she needed to go to the toilet! How hard is it? My step daughter always says she needs a piss and I makes my blood boil.

I’m sure she’d never say toilet. It’s one of those genteel words that marks the user as lower middle class.

I don’t quite know how I feel about her. Part of me admires her cleverness and honesty, part of me recoils.

I like her for her originally and humour !!

She reminds me a bit of Germs Greer , just saying things to shock for the sake of it. Boring.

She is without a filter and has got away with saying things a man of her age wouldn't get away with saying.

I find it odd that such an intelligent woman adopts such a bizarre public persona (I've no idea what she's like when she's not in front of a camera). She seems to only have extremes of good sense and nonsense. Possibly she just fell into this way of self promotion and now it's expected.

Have known several highly educated, upper class folk over the years whose language would make a sailor blush.

Remember one in particular, a father who would occasionally collect his daughter from our pricey, private school nursery.
Head had to have a word about his language around the children on more than one occasion.

Who cares what level of education someone has had, or where they gor it. It is no excuse for rude, vulgar and course language and behaviour.

Standards of acceptable behaviour are a society norm not an educational norm.

I'm not sure she really is interested in male genitalia, it's just that dick jokes get laughs. It's a cheap laugh, but lots of comedians tell them, especially male comedians.
