I will start
In Waterloo road Finn fell off a bridge told he was unlikely to walk again in the last episode in series 6
First episode of series 7 he was running around and what happened never mentioned

In the last series of the brilliant All Creatures Great and Small Tristan taking the lid off a casserole Mrs. Hall had just taken out of oven, then her using oven gloves seconds later.
