…Dopesick - true story of the epidemic of opioid abuse in America, and the company that kept pushing the drug despite a growing tsunami of evidence - because it was making billions.
And (also true) The Dropout (still watching this one) about the very young woman who supposedly invented a blood testing device (only it didn’t work) and persuaded very big names to back her and invest countless millions of dollars.
Both in our opinion extremely well done/acted - highly recommended.
keep away from all pubs this coming wednesday
Suggestions please for large pot.

”. I was always a year behind watching Game of Thrones so I got used to it. I prefer it anyway, as the DVD’s have commentaries etc which I like listening to. There are too many subscription only channels and at any one time there’s only one or two things that I want to watch on each one. When my son stays for a week at Easter I use his membership and catch up with some series. Or if I house sit at my daughters, but she doesn’t need me to do that much now her sons are getting older. I listen to Must Watch on Radio 4 and BBC Sounds to get advice about what to watch and can also go back and listen to reviews from ages ago. I only recently finished watching the last series of Vikings. It never quite filled the gap left by Game of Thrones but, overall was far more satisfying and true to itself.
