Ok, I just read all about him. I never knew that. You would think he’d be so fun to be around. Too bad for the people he hurt.

It's well documented that Pter Sellers was devoted to his mother,but cruel and vindictive towards his wives and children .
I believe that Britt Ekland had a particularly bad time with him .
He was also nasty to film crews and difficult to work with .
I think that he cut his children out of his will and left his estate to his last wife Lynn Frederick .
I always really liked him .
One of my friends did brilliant impressions of him .
Peter Sellers was a deeply flawed person .
I enjoy his films ,but would rather have not have known.

After watching The Omega Man I couldn’t go outside into the garden after dark for years*.There have been several versions of the film but, imo the Charlton Heston one is the best.
*because of that I have never watched Blair Witch Project!

One of my favourites was Camelot, with Richard Harris and Vanessa Redgrave. The music is wonderful and the acting very moving.
Also loved The Dollmaker with a young Jane Fonda. It is very touching and I cried so much, but it is a great film.
Also loved The Omega Man with Charlton Heston, it was the B movie, as the main film was Blazing Saddles, but I enjoyed it far more.
The World According to Garp, an early Robin Williams film, is also excellent.

I love It's a Wonderful Life at Christmas. 🎄

I remember going to a full cinema with my sister in law, in the 70s, to see a double bill of Imitation of Life and Madam X.
They were regarded as classic movies then, very melodramatic and tear jerkers.

I love Alastair Sim films, in particular, The Green Man, Green for Danger, Laughter in Paradise and the St Trinians ones as well.

Some Like it Hot with Marilyn Munroe

I loved "Blame it on Rio" and "Dressed to Kill" with Sir Michael Caine. Years. ago I had a crush on him.
