I've always enjoyed watching the later rounds of this competition which has given us many world-famous virtuosi like the viiolinist Nicola Benedetti and the incomparable cellist, Sheku Kanyeh Mason. But the BBC doesn't give us much - if any - information about the early rounds which I'm sure would be of interest to others, apart from me! I've tracked down coverage of auditions on BBC i-Player and find it fascinating to see the youngsters and hear about their background as well as listen to their music.
