Have any of you watched the series ‘Sambre’ on BBC4? It is a reconstruction of a serial rapist in France who was not caught for thirty years. Not a very savoury subject but it was so well acted and produced. I saw the final episode last night. It is subtitled but well worth watching, lots of human interest and no mumbling or gloomy interiors or numerous subplots to remember, just good drama.
