Rev Richard Coles leaves Saturday Live

I like him and I listen to Saturday Live. It never seems the same when another presenter takes his place. I hope he's replaced by someone with a nice voice!

I thought I was alone! I cannot stand Richard Coles. I have never believed he is the genuine article. I do not understand how he gets job after job. I am sorry for his loss but he does irritate me beyond words.

Yes I am only vaguely aware of him but that was a bit unnecessary. He speaks very movingly about grief.

I’m not familiar with that programme, but from things I’ve seen him on, he seems a decent, intelligent man.

maggemaybe totally agree I don’t watch it either but have seen him pop up on a few different guest programmes he s not my cup of tea stall but for goodness sake why so much vitriol Janipops that didn’t make me laugh I thought it was quite cruel

I won’t be pleased to see him go because I had to look up Saturday Live as I didn’t know what it was!

I liked to sing along to the Communards though back in day.

Had you ever heard of The Communards nanna8 and their song ‘Don’t leave me this way’?He was half of that duo.

I like his voice. I don't know what he looks like as I hardly watch any TV.

I like him, but was pleasantly surprised how good Danny Wallace was when he stood in for him recently. Brilliant interview and not quite so much "me, me, me". Mind you Coles does have an interesting past to draw on.

I agree. I can't think of any programme that he has been in that I have enjoyed.

I think he’s lovely

Made me laugh so much that I had to look him up, Janiepops, because he isn’t known here. He does look to be a bit of a toad I have to say.
