I can’t see another thread so apologies if there is After years of not bothering with “I m a celebrity get me out of here” I decided to have a look as I like Boy George And I have to say I m in now so will need to keep watching this ridiculously daft programme even if it’s just to combat the depressing days Anyway what do you all think ?
I liked Charlene at first but now I think she’s very unpleasant. I’m sick of the hate fest of Matt Hancock. He shouldn’t be there but he is. No need for constant nastiness and whinging. He isn’t individually responsible for murdering people, it was a collective responsibility government. It was a novel virus. Nobody knew how things were going to develop. I’m fed up of it in the camp and fed up of it here.
The ones who have behaved impeccably are Owen, Jill, Scarlette and Matt. No sneering or whinging there. Seann and Baba are okay but not great team players. Mike, Sue and Charlene are not being very pleasant, but the worst are Moyles and George, so I hope they get well and truly challenged.
I've gone off Mike since the "Slut drop" story. My husband said he couldn't understand why Mike kept splitting his suits and needed to take a spare to a wedding. I know Mike says it's because of his "muscular thighs and buttocks" BUT you would have thought he could buy a properly tailored suit that would not split. It's almost as if he enjoys being an exhibitionist. The "Nibble my nuts" boxers were just yuk. Poor Princess Anne having to see that, very inappropriate show by her son in law.
Last night's trial was pants, poor Baba just couldn't get the grip of those stars. The other two men were pretty ineffectual. Mike is a disappointment and the tidying up the house was silly. I think he still resents Matt for winning the leader trial but he hasn't shown sny strength of character. A big strong man who is pretty insipid. Charlene is unpleasant and Sue is irritating me too. That pretty much only leaves Jill, and dare I say Matt who has never said a nasty word about any of them.
I didn't think Mike was at all amusing. What a boring tale. Slut drop? Really? How old is he? And how on earth did anyone see the hilarious 'nibble my nuts' on his boxer shorts? Did his trousers fall off? He's boring. Most of them are boring. Why do I watch? Goodness knows.
Interesting tonight to see how badly the 3 of them did on the trial. I agree that Baba had the hardest task being in the middle. I bet they wished Matt had been chosen for the trial today.
Poor Baba was the one who felt he had let them down, but having to move the stars without dropping them did seem rather tricky. To me it looked as though the other two had an easier ride.
Interesting thought. If Matt had come back with only 3 stars would they have been as kind to him...... it's okay.....don't worry.....you did your best. 🤔
I did feel sorry for the camp only having a 3 star meal but I was crying with laughter watching that trial. Poor Babatunde, he just kept dropping them didn't he.
Looking forward to watching Chris do his trial tomorrow.
Chestnut, I agree, I thought that was pathetic. To begin with I thought they were quite a nice bunch, but it’s gradually dwindling, showing their true colours now.
There wasn't enough time either. 1 minute for each star was ridiculous if he's had had a bit longer he'd have got the lot, and there's Ant and Dec telling him to move slowly!!!
I had to love the positivity of Owen and (what's her name?) when they did their challenge, but felt sorry for them when they had to return empty handed.
Even my husband watched the MH trial (he hates MH AND IACGMOOH) and we both felt it was a step too far to make anyone be buried alive with all those snakes.
Of course, MH coped with it admirably as he has with all the challenges, but who knows what kids go through in those private boarding schools the politicians probably go to? I had a feeling he's probably survived far worse initiations.
I think the bridge would be a step too far for me too Chestnut.
When George was complaining about 'potato washing gate' he deliberately made what Matt said sound worse than it was. He asked if those responsible for washing up could wash the potatoes; it wasn't an order.
The potatoes should have been washed as a matter or course.
