I've loved Motown for years and stumbled across this documentary. It's brilliant.

Just as an aside, Berry Gordy is describing his time there. I was amazed that he was 90 when the programme was filmed!

Loved it then and love it now zoejory How lucky were we to dance the nights away in sweaty clubs to this amazing music, working class kids taking the sounds of black America to our hearts and making our own scene loving every single spine tingling vocal and soaring violin with the tightest driving rhythm from the Funk brothers. Superb musicianship and extraordinary, magical song writing all brought together by Berry Gordy's genius
