I’ve just found that a much earlier version - The Man Who Never Was - has a lot of very good reviews on Amazon. I doubt it’s on Netflix but I’ll have a look anyway.

I remember the B&W film The Man who Never Was and will drag DH along to see this one, then compare!

This is one I really want to see. True WW2 story - I saw a TV prog. about it some years ago. Very ingenious ruse for providing the Nazis with false information, IIRC shortly before D Day.
Starring Colin Firth and Penelope Wilton - two of my favourites anyway.
